HISTORY

Innovative Medical Systems was founded in 1987 by Bob and Cathy Byram, R.N., B.S.N.  to service the medical equipment needs of healthcare facilities in Arizona, New Mexico, El Paso and Las Vegas.  Over the last 22 years, IMS has become a trusted partner to our customers by providing the best solutions to meet current needs, while at the same time preparing them for the future.  

IMS has a presence in over 150 healthcare facilities across Arizona, New Mexico, El Paso and Las Vegas.  These facilities include some of the most respected institutions in the Southwest, and in the country.  See our projects page for information.

SERVICE
Our service technicians attend new and continuing-education classes to ensure customers receive the highest quality of service and preventive maintenance programs.  IMS continually invests in new equipment and tools (i.e. structural testing jigs, remote diagnostics systems, communication technologies) that guarantee successful installations across the Southwest territory.  These tools also allow IMS technicians to quickly respond to service calls and provide preventive maintenance, helping protect our customers’ investments.
